During Bolivia's brief winter season, we travel from frosted mount peaks to salt flats, from metropolis to fishing villages in this complex and vibrant South American Country. Teaming up with Women Photojournalists of Washington (WPOW) and instructors Cathaleen Curtiss, Director of Photography of AOL and Carol Guzy, acclaimed photographer for The Washington Post; this workshop will be a one of kind experience.

With local Bolivian guides and a travel itinerary custom-designed for Momenta Workshops, we will explore the witch's market in La Paz, the rolling lush shores of Lake Titicaca, the blessing of the cars on Sundays in Copacabana, the world famous salt lake at Uyuni and the historic district and bustling markets of Sucre. Each day will bring new adventures and new locations to craft narratives while learning practical tips about your photography gear from skilled professionals.

Attendees will receive one-on-one editing and hands-on instruction from our workshop staff each day as well as be giving daily shooting "assignments" to hone your strength and overcome any weaknesses. If you are a more intermediate photographer, we will craft projects for you to grow your photography to take your vision to the next level.
