Erum Rizvi
Erum Rizvi is a commercial, wedding, and corporate photographer based in Northern Virginia. Erum is nationally recognized for her stunning work by industry publications such as Rangefinder Magazine as one of its "30 Rising Stars". She is also a StellaPro Lights and Aftershoot AI Ambassador.
Erum was born and raised in Manchester, UK with Pakistani roots. She says her British quirkiness, laid back attitude, and sense of style has helped me establish myself as one of the country's leading South Asian Wedding Photographer. She strives to create clean, rich, bold, saturated images with a timeless quality for her clients including such celebrities as Shaquille O’Neill.
She was recently featured in a Tamron advertising series to demonstrate how she uses their lenses with Sony mirrorless systems. She is a Masterclass speaker and juror for WPPI and has been an educational leader there and at Photo Plus Expo in the past.
She is also a passionate animal lover and humanitarian, devoting her time to helping raise money most recent for flooding victims in Pakistan. She lives with her family including her husband, daughter and dog Zelda on a beautiful property nestled in the woods just outside of Washington DC.
