Meet the Faculty

Meet our award-winning past and present faculty coaches and mentors

These are just some of the amazing people who create the backbone of Momenta’s teaching team and help our attendees expand their photographic knowledge year after year.

The backbone of our community is our incredible faculty. In fact, many of our coaches and mentors first started their journey as attendees of our programs.

At Momenta, we value and hold sacred an inclusive learning environment that prepares attendees for the diverse and complex stories they will document long after our programs. We believe the storytelling experience is vastly enhanced when voices from various countries, disciplines, and backgrounds are included.

Therefore, we choose our faculty based on their teaching skills, first and foremost. We seek out faculty who have empathy, qualifications, patience, and experience, rather than solely choosing someone based on fame or popularity. Our current and past faculty include some of the most impressive, compassionate, and talented photographers, filmmakers, journalists, entrepreneurs, and educators in the world.
