Captain Malcolm Reynolds Wigglebutts
Captain Malcolm Reynolds Wigglebutts is the newest member of the Momenta and Wildfire family. He comes to us from Texas, after a quick stopover with his wonderful rescuer Dr. Ceren Chellgren, after spending his early life in a rag-tag desert pack of misfits.
He found us after Jamie put out a psychic call for applications, so Cody would have a friend and companion in his later years. Being from Texas, Malcolm has the same sort of Southern charm Cody brought into the mix. This was evidenced by his immediate attraction and curiosity, peering over Jamie’s shoulder on the ride home at his new canine friend. Cody bravely shouldered the limitless energy of his new charge, finding comfort in his new role of mentor.
Being from native of Houston, he brought with him a love of tasty meaty bites just about any time of day. As he matured into his new Project Lead role for Momenta, he quickly grew to a healthy and happy 70lbs of project management acumen. When he’s not gracing his cushion as Jamie’s Left Hand Hound, he’s patrolling he borders of kitchen for tasty performance incentives.
Speaking of his work ethic, one might say he’s “always ready for a party”, in that lovable 1/2 Shepard way he’s got about him. He’ll grind the hours away, but as soon as his charge stands up, he’s right there, ready for the next exploration of opportunity. What he lacks in visual media background, he makes up for in enthusiasm.
Like his mentor Cody, he’s taken well to the Momenta style of full immersion skills building. Trained at nothing, adept at anything, connected to his pack by virtue of mental telepathy – he’s conspicuously unable to disappoint or surprise. In fact. The slightest cross word or grumble is enough to bring him to heel, ready to reassess his professional development. Just the sort of thing a company wants for its architects of innovation.
Because of this, we have great hopes for Captain Wigglebutts. His early appearances at workshops and classes have been a resounding success. This is partially due to his incomparably puppy-soft fur, and nonthreatening demeanor. A hit with any life he touches with his soft little nose. Early explorations of Oregon’s countryside, mountains, forest and desert; enthusiastic and yet restrained.
He’s going to fit in well, this one. Bonded to all three of his companions at the hip, he’s already become an important and valued addition to the team. We’re looking forward to time spent visualizing a life without boundaries, unnecessary leashes, and kinship with the most trusted and beautiful friends a life can offer. If history is a guide, Malcolm Wigglebutts will be a key feature of our future program development.
